Our fitness schedule on land is the place to go if you want to tone and stretch those muscles. Our instructors will lead the way to a challenging and result driven program that will keep you entertained and coming back for more. If you love to party, the Zumba class is the one for you. Need to build muscle mass? Get up early and join in the Power Up class that will guarantee results in 6 weeks. We have Yoga for all, beginners as well as the seasoned veteran. TDFCC has a choice for everyone’s schedule and fitness level.

Come join in all the fun in our newly renovated pool. Our aqua aerobic program has varied levels for each members needs. We have been serving the community with the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic class for over 25 years and each participant will tell you how important the class is to their wellbeing. Our qualified instructors can lead you in a class that is perfect for your level. Aqua Tia Chi is a challenge in the water medium and our powerful Energizer class will get your heart working. If you are new to exercise, the water classes are a perfect place to start.
