Membership
Family membership (3 or more people)
Immediate family members of a single household, including domestic partners, foster children and foreign exchange students. All non-married, non-dependent adult individuals applying to be included on the same membership must complete & submit a membership application and provide proof of residence. Junior members under 18 years of age are not permitted to charge goods and services to their account without permission from their parents.
Couple Membership (1+1)
2 person membership, single household, to include domestic partners, or parent and child, or two children (both children must be at least 14 years of age). All non-married, non-dependent adult individuals applying to be included on the same membership must complete & submit a membership application and provide proof of residence.
Individual membership
Consists of one adult, 22 years or older for full time access.
Junior membership
Consist of a single person of at least 14 years of age, but not more than 21 years. Junior members must keep their account current. Junior members under 18 years of age are not permitted to charge goods and services to their account without permission from their parents.
Senior membership
Non-prime time use for individuals or couples 55 years or older at reduced rates. Hours of use: Monday thru Thursday 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. and anytime Friday thru Sunday. Senior members may apply for full-time club privileges by paying regular monthly dues. Initiation fee for seniors who wish to change membership status is waived. Evening group exercise class/club hosted activities attendance is allowed.
Corporate membership
Standard business membership shall consist of one-half off the regular initiation fee for each individual membership applicant with a minimum of four memberships. Companies receive 5% off monthly dues for 4-9 employee members and 10% off dues for 10 or more memberships. In order to receive this discount, payment of monthly dues must be consolidated into a single payment and come directly from the corporation. Temporary membership
This classification receives guest of club privileges on a 30-day basis (3 consecutive month’s maximum) without initiation fee at an increased monthly rate. Temporary members cannot charge goods or services, rent lockers, or make use of FitLife reciprocal use passes.
Special Classification: Non-resident membership
This membership is available to members whose residence is located at least 30 miles from the club. Qualifying members receive a 25% reduction of monthly dues. Member’s whose residence is at least 50 miles from the club receive a 50% reduction of monthly dues and initiation fees.
Change of membership status
You may change the status of your membership without paying additional initiation fees, if you have been a regular member for at least one year. To change your status, management must receive a written request (form available at the front desk). Requests for change of membership status will be treated the same as an initial application subject to verification and acceptance by TDFCC management.
Leave of Absence
Any member may request a leave of absence from active membership privileges one (1) time on his/her membership for non-medical reasons. Leave of Absence requests become effective the first day of the next billing cycle. Member’s account must be brought up to current status prior to the effective date of request for leave of absence. The member remains liable for any unpaid fees and charges through the last day of active membership. Member shall not be entitled to charge any type of goods and /or services while on leave. In addition, the member will have no club privileges; be billed $10.00 per month during leave and turn in all membership cards. To return to active status, member needs to submit written request for change of status (available at the front desk) and begin payment of monthly dues and any outstanding balance on account. Leave of absence status does not affect the number of months that may remain on a member’s initial membership agreement.
Termination:
Any member may terminate his/her membership privileges at the Club by delivering written notice of intent to terminate said membership. Members’ account must be paid in full at the time of notification of intent to terminate said membership. Notwithstanding any such termination of membership, the member shall remain liable for any unpaid fees and charges through the month of termination and remaining months on any initial membership agreement. A terminating member shall not be entitled to a refund of any part of the Club’s initiation fee or monthly dues. All membership cards must be returned to the Club when notice of termination is submitted. Temporary cards will be issued for use valid through the month of termination. Termination will become effective within 30 days after notice is received at the club.
