Tae Kwon Do

Columbia River Tae Kwon Do, teaches and emphasize on a series of basic life principles such as courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control, and respect.

There are a wide range of advantages for martial arts in our everyday life: Improvement of physical fitness: Building flexibility, balance, endurance, and raising the level of energy.

Development of life

skills. Building confidence, discipline, and patience.

To feel good in the society.

Self defense: Developing an awareness of your environment and building skills to protect yourself.

Controlling behaviors: Learning personal responsibility, avoiding bad situations, and resolving issues verbally.

Jeremy has been teaching students the art of tae kwon do since 1999.

He is committed to teaching in a safe and positive environment for all ages and experience levels.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Class Schedule

 

After School Group (7-13)

5-6pm

Adult Group (10+)

6-7pm

 

Please note that classes run on a "Flex Schedule"

Classes are every Monday for 6 weeks and then change to Tuesdays for 3 weeks.

 

 

Classes are $50.00 per month for TDFCC members or $55.00 per month for non members.
