Court Reservation Policy

In order to accommodate our membership, we have adopted a court reservation system, which is designed to ensure equal opportunity for court time and be as simple as possible.

Advance court reservations:

Reservations may be made only during regular business hours.
Reservations may be made up to two (2) days in advance of the day of play. Example: Court time for Wednesday may be reserved as early as 5 A.M., Monday.
Each membership may have one prime-time (Monday Through Friday 4:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M.) reservation on the books at a time. Prime times may change. Exception: Same day, prime time reservations.
When reservation is played, another may be reserved.
You must play your own reservation; it cannot be given away to another member.
Cancellation of any reservation must be made at least two (2) hours prior to play. Failure to do so will result in a $3.00 fine, which will be automatically billed to your account.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation (court time) may be given away.
Only one (1) hour may be reserved in advance during prime time for singles play.
Two names are required to reserve advance prime time courts.

Day of play reservations-Non Prime Time:

You may reserve any court, at any time, which has not been reserved for play that same day.
Non-prime time reservations as well as “same day play” court times do not count as advance reservations.
